An ERP system for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets.
An ERP gives you one reliable view of orders, stock, invoices and the work behind them. We build one that fits a small or mid-sized business, without the weight and the licence bill of a big enterprise suite.
A good fit if you've outgrown spreadsheets, but a big ERP would be overkill. Typical signs: stock numbers disagree depending on who you ask, invoices are made by copying order lines by hand, and month-end means a day of reconciling.
What it looks like in practice
An order comes in, the stock is reserved straight away, and the invoice goes out from the same record. Nobody retypes the order, and the stock count is right the moment the order is placed.
What you get
- One place for customers, orders, stock and invoices
- Reports that answer real questions: what sold, what's late, what's owed
- Moved over from your spreadsheets, history included
- Connections to your accounting, webshop, shipping and payroll where they make sense
- Roles and permissions, backups from day one, and everything in your name
How the project runs
Every project follows the same five stages: we understand the work, shape the system as a clickable prototype, build it in useful pieces, test it with your real records and keep it running after launch. Nothing gets built until you have agreed to a written plan with the cost and the timeline. The five stages in detail →
Questions
Can you connect it to our accountant or invoicing software?
Usually, yes. Where it makes sense we connect to what you already use, and replace it only when it holds you back. If a system can't connect cleanly, we tell you before we build around it.
What happens to our existing data?
It moves with you. We import it, check it against the old system and keep the old way available until the new one has proved itself.
Do we have to switch everything at once?
No. One department or one workflow is a fine start, and the rest follows when the first part works.
How much does an ERP cost?
It depends on the work, so we don't publish a price list. After the first conversation you get a written plan with the cost and the timeline, before anything is built.

Tell us where the work gets stuck.
A few lines are enough. We come back with useful questions and a sensible first step.
